  1. Agreement to Terms
    By accessing or using the website Built2ScaleHQ.com (the “Site”) and/or enrolling in any of our coaching, courses, masterclasses, templates or other services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, don’t use the Site or Services. Straight up.

  1. Services
    We provide business coaching, masterclasses, one-on-one mentorship, and access to digital tools (like SOP templates, project outlines, and planning assets). These are delivered through courses, programs, and subscriptions. Your results are yours to earn.

  1. Subscriptions & Recurring Payments
    You authorize Built2ScaleHQ.com to charge your payment method on a recurring basis if you sign up for a subscription. It’s your job to keep your billing info current. Missed payments may lock your access.

  1. Refund Policy
    Our guarantee is simple: if you complete the program (yes, all of it), fully participate, and still don’t feel it delivered value, you can request a refund. But here’s the deal — you must email     [email protected] within 2 weeks of completing the program. No exceptions. Half-ass participation = no refund.

  1. User Accounts & Data
    Creating an account? Submitting info? Cool. You promise it's real and accurate. You’re responsible for your login. We don’t babysit.

  1. Testimonials

    By submitting testimonials or feedback, you grant us permission to use it (text, image, name) for marketing. You waive any royalties or rights. You’re also confirming it’s your honest experience.

  1. Intellectual Property

    All site content, templates, SOPs, course videos, frameworks — it's ours. You get a personal licence to use what you paid for. Don’t resell, republish, or redistribute without written permission. We will come for you.

  1. Results Disclaimer

    Any results mentioned (case studies, testimonials) are not guaranteed. You know this. Success depends on your execution, not just signing up.

  1. Affiliate/Partner Disclosure

    We have a business partnership with Heather Jones and The Next Chapter Endeavours (engage2elevate.ca). If we promote or co-host something, it may involve revenue sharing. Transparency is our vibe.

  1. Payments

    All payments are processed through secure third-party platforms. If you’re on a plan, cancel before the next cycle to avoid charges. No partial refunds unless otherwise stated.

  1. Changes

    We may update the Site, pricing, or these Terms. Keep an eye out. Using the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

  1. Limitation of Liability

    We’re not liable for losses, damages, or drama resulting from your use of the Site or Services. That includes indirect, incidental, or straight-up weird stuff. Use this at your own risk.

  1. Indemnification

    You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us, our affiliates, Heather Jones, and The Next Chapter Endeavours harmless from any claims, losses, or legal stuff caused by your actions or violations of these Terms.

  1. Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Disputes? We’ll handle them in Edmonton, Alberta. You agree to that by using our site.

  1. Termination

    We can cut off your access anytime if you violate the Terms. You’ll lose all access to materials upon termination.

  1. Entire Agreement

    These Terms, plus our Privacy Policy, make up the full agreement. If any part is invalid, the rest still stands.

  1. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

    You agree to treat all non-public information shared during coaching, courses, masterclasses, or other communications (including but not limited to business strategies, templates, documents, frameworks, internal processes, discussions, recordings, group coaching dialogue, and proprietary methods) as confidential.

    You may not copy, disclose, or use this information outside the scope of your participation in Built2ScaleHQ.com’s programs without written permission. This obligation continues even after your access to the Services ends.

    You are not permitted to:

    • Record coaching calls or sessions (unless permission is given).

    • Share screenshots, notes, or recordings with third parties.

    • Teach or sell the materials as your own.

    • Use group coaching discussions, testimonials, or feedback for external purposes.

    Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination and legal recourse. We take this shit seriously — as you should.
